Laser Technician & ZO Skin Expert
Carley is a medical aesthetics and laser provider with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in corrective and anti-aging treatments, advanced laser technology, and skin health. A Professional Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer, she has built her career around the science of the skin and the technology used to treat it, including laser physics, wavelength selection, tissue interaction, and laser safety.
Having treated thousands of patients, she builds individualized treatment plans for all skin types and skin tones. Her approach combines advanced technology with results-driven skincare to address pigmentation, redness, sun damage, acne scarring, texture, fine lines, collagen loss, unwanted hair, and overall skin rejuvenation.
At ZO Skin Centre Dallas, Carley performs IPL Photofacial, Clear + Brilliant, UltraClear, Morpheus8®, laser hair removal, microneedling, HydraFacial®, and non-surgical body contouring with CoolSculpting.
A Certified ZO Skin Health Expert, she integrates medical-grade skincare with corrective and anti-aging treatments. She develops regimens based on each patient's skin type, condition, and goals, using at-home skincare to prepare the skin, support treatment outcomes, and maintain long-term skin health.
Carley has received advanced laser education from John Hoopman, CMLSO, a nationally recognized educator in medical laser physics and safety. That training shaped a philosophy rooted in how and why different technologies interact with different skin types and tones.
She has also served as an educator for Allergan Aesthetics, training aesthetic professionals in body contouring treatments, protocols, and best practices. Working as both a provider and an educator informs how she approaches patient selection, technology, treatment planning, and consistent results.
Carley believes the best aesthetic outcomes come from combining science, technology, skincare, and a highly personalized approach. Education and transparency are part of every plan, so patients understand their skin and can make informed decisions. Her philosophy is simple: “When you look and feel great, you can do anything.”
