It is our goal to make a difference in all who choose ZO Skin Centre Dallas for their med spa home. We have curated a team of highly skilled, licensed providers who have ZO’s patients best interest at heart in a relaxing, clean, and safe environment.

RESERVATIONS


In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment(s), we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Once you’re an established patient, we always recommend scheduling your next appointment at checkout to ensure the best treatment date and time for you.

To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when scheduling your appointment.


CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES


Your aesthetic treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the ZO Skin Centre's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we have sufficient time to offer your appointment date and time to other patients on our waiting list.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled treatment.

Patients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment.

We recognize the time of our patients and team is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure the time of our team and patients on our waiting list is respected.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these policies.

All services require a credit card to guarantee treatment so please have your credit card ready when scheduling. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
